Personal data protection

Unofficial information was published in Rzeczpospolita newspaper - General Inspector for Personal Data Protection is preparing an act amending the Act on the Personal Data Protection which will enable the General Inspector to put administrative fines up to EUR 100.000 on companies which are non-compliant with the Act. Together with the criminal labiality of the members of the board risk related to the personal data processing will be much stronger.
