Cork wins ADR ... who's next ? The gate is open

City of Cork wins with Traffic Web Holding. What does it mean for other "infected" cities? It means that in the view of the Panel deciding in this case a name of the city is recognized as the prior art in the meaning of the article 10.3 of the Regulation. Therefore, the local authorities do not have to register a trademark to claim for a domain grabbed by TWB, however, next Panel is not obliged to share this view (there is no precedence rule here) . In my the TWB's registrations are clearly abusive and the domain names should be revoked.
