If your domian was registered on the basis of the Benelux trademark or tradename with ampersands or dots please hurry with commencing an ADR proceeding. After Sunrise Appeal Period is over you will have to posses a trademark (national or Community) to claim for the domain. As it is a good news for the trademark owners it is not for the companies witout any registered rights.
